How We Review Memory Supplements
Every review follows the same checklist, so you can see what we looked at and what we did not.
What we check on every product
- The label. The ingredients and the amount of each one, or the blend total when the label shows only that.
- The research. What published studies say about each main ingredient, and how long those studies ran.
- The price. Each pack size on the seller's own order page, and the cost per day.
- The refund. The refund and shipping terms on the seller's own pages: how many days, who pays for what, how to ask.
- The deal. One-time purchase or subscription, and what happens after you click the button.
- The link. We open the order link to make sure it works.
- The date. Every review shows when we last checked.
How we score
Our score is an editorial score out of 5. It is our opinion, not an average of customer ratings. It looks at the ingredients and the research behind them, how clearly the label is written, the refund policy, the price and the buying experience.
What we never do
- We do not write customer testimonials or invent results.
- We do not say a supplement treats, cures or prevents a disease.
- We do not use countdown timers or "last bottles" pressure.
- We do not use a doctor's name or photo to endorse a product.
Medical information
When we describe what a medical source says, we name the source and put it in our own words. We do not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start a supplement, especially if you take medicine.
